A Little About Me

I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience building relationships and helping people live their healthiest lives.

My career has taught me that although we all have to eat, each person’s food preferences, health history, and motivations vary greatly. As a result, my favorite part about coaching is the joint approach to designing a custom plan for developing healthy habits for every season of life. I partner with clients to understand their rhythms and routines, explore their personal health priorities, and determine their short and long-term goals.
