About Me
Hi, I'm Victoria!
I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with over 10 years of experience helping clients discover their best balance with food and movement. Since we probably haven’t met, please know that I am NOT the food police. I don’t stare at people’s grocery carts or plates at social gatherings and judge their food choices. In fact, I’m quite opposite. I love and appreciate that each of us has a different set of food and workout likes and dislikes. I enjoy listening when someone tells me about a diet or workout their trialing. Your health is a personal aspect of your life, so I offer free, new client introductory calls to hear your story, motivation, and goals.
Unfortunately, many stories I hear of begin with a list of “diets” and workouts clients have started (and stopped) that leave a longing to find an approach that is more balanced, realistic, and sustainable. As a result, I believe that when the long-term goal is establishing a healthy lifestyle, instead of diet compliance, clients are able to find freedom to enjoy the food and movement that works best for them. My mission is to partner with clients to explore health priorities and personal preferences, then provide nutrition education and judgement-free support to create a custom and sustainable, step-by-step plan to build realistic habits and reach their short and long-term goals.
As a registered dietitian and personal trainer, I have worked as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, a health coach for a corporate wellness company, and a nutrition and fitness writer. I am ready and available to meet you wherever you find yourself during this season of life. So if you would like to partner with an experienced nutrition and fitness professional as you work towards your wellness goals, then call, text, or email me today!
When I'm not coaching clients or writing about nutrition...
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends by sharing a meal, playing a round of golf, sitting around a campfire, or hanging out for a playdate. And in case you’re curious about my personality type, I am an Enneagram type nine.
Fun Fact!
All dietitians are nutritionists, but not all nutritionists are dietitians.
Confused yet? Understandably.
I’ve got you covered! Learn about the differences by reading my blog post here.
